Equipped, Efficient, Modern and Robust are a few adjectives that define our infrastructure. With every passing year, our infrastructure has been modernized and upgraded. Increase in output, reduction in energy consumption, reduction in CO2 emissions, improvements in plant safety and higher quality output have been achieved.
Jaitpura Plant (Jaipur)
Established in 1994 this plant serves as the primary producer of Artificial Leather for the company. It houses our main R&D facility. This plants has 4 Italian coating lines with an installed and fully utilized capacity of 1.85 million Linear meters per month.
Dhodhsar Plant (Jaipur)
This new plant constructed in a land area of 70,000 sq.yards and 300,000 sq.ft of building area.
The textile division where knitted fabric is produced, used as a backing cloth for PVC Vinyl, is housed in a shed of 85,000 sq feet, with knitting machines from Terrot and Mayer & CIE, Germany and stenter frame from Bruckner, Germany.
We have added here 2 more Italian coating lines with a capacity of 1.20 million linear meters per month, taking the company’s total coating capacity to 3.05 million linear meters per month.
Morena Plant (Madhya Pradesh)
We have now started our PU Artificial Leather production at Morena (MP) plant. Our current capacity is 6 lacs linear meters per month and soon infrastructure will be ready for a million linear meters per month.
